QA Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join PlusPlus. As the first person in this dedicated role, you will lead our software quality assurance efforts and lay the groundwork for years to come. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams in driving product quality and customer delight.

What You’ll Do
- Learn our product inside-out, so that you can validate its behavior as it evolves
- Create and execute test plans and test cases to identify software problems
- Analyze, capture, and prioritize bugs and errors found during tests
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools
- Design, develop, and improve testing processes across our SDLC
- Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts
- Recommend product improvements to enhance the user experience
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SQL, scripting, REST, and GraphQL
- Experience with performance and security testing
- Prior experience in SaaS environments
